About

The Pacific seabream is a spiny bream of estuaries, inlets and tidal reaches that Taiwanese anglers often lump together with the blackhead seabream as '黑格/烏格'. It is wary but a prime target from the rocks, embankments and boats, topping the OCA angling report in 2020 Q1 and 2021 Q3. Taiwan's biodiversity network (TBN) holds over 2,300 native records.
