Enquiries are welcome by email, whether they concern data corrections, technical faults, privacy requests or business matters.

Information to include

To enable us to verify against the underlying data, please state:

• The location concerned: its name and, where available, the coordinates shown in the page address
• The date and time to which the enquiry relates
• A description of the discrepancy (for example, a tide peak occurring two hours later than indicated)
• A screenshot, where possible

Response time

We aim to reply within a few working days. Requests made under data protection legislation are answered within the statutory period (40 days under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance; 30 days under the GDPR).
